Typeflow is a Chrome extension that helps users clean, preview, save, and insert text in the browser. This Privacy Policy explains what information Typeflow handles, how that information is used, and how it is stored.

1. Information Typeflow Handles

Typeflow may handle the following information only when you actively use the extension:

• Text you type or paste into the Typeflow popup.
• Text you select on a webpage and send to Typeflow through the context menu.
• Cleaned or transformed text generated by Typeflow.
• Local snippets, drafts, temporary context text, and extension settings.
• The currently active tab only when needed to perform a user-requested action, such as sending selected text to Typeflow or inserting cleaned text into the active page.

Typeflow does not collect account information, names, email addresses, payment information, health information, precise location, browsing history, or analytics data.

1. How Typeflow Uses Information

Typeflow uses the information above only to provide its single purpose: helping users manage text in the browser.

Specifically, Typeflow uses text and settings to:

• Clean formatting, spacing, line breaks, Markdown, HTML, invisible characters, and mixed Chinese-English spacing.
• Preview text statistics and possible local text risks.
• Save and reuse local snippets.
• Save local drafts and user preferences.
• Insert user-approved text into the active webpage.
• Provide right-click context menu actions for selected text.

Typeflow does not use user data for advertising, profiling, tracking, credit eligibility, or any purpose unrelated to its text-cleaning and text-input workflow.
